To address this problem, the secondary banking sector (capital, savings banks, etc.) started to release 'direct Internet loans' products, initially focusing on brand marketing through TV commercials.
However, new marketing paradigms became necessary, along with the FSS' restrictions on loan advertising on public tv and advertising hours
